Traditional Uses:

Internal:
- Used as a coloring ingredient in herbal teas and traditionally as a lotion to soothe eye irritation
- Improves digestion and regulates the gall bladder, liver, and kidneys
- Addresses menstrual disorders and enhances resistance to infections

External:
- Cleans infected wounds
- Used as a hair wash
Directions for Use:
- Infusion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the herb in a cup of boiled water. Drink a maximum of three cups per day. Can also be used in a mixture of other herbal teas.
Safety Precautions:
- Avoid use during pregnancy, lactation, and for children
- Consult with a medical practitioner before use
- Stay within recommended dosages
