B2B Registration, Terms & Conditions
B2B Trial & Policy Updates
- Our B2B program is in its early stages, and we are continuously refining our processes.
- We reserve the right to update these terms or discontinue the B2B program at any time.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to active B2B customers.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: All purchases must be completed online via Peach Payments or Ozow.
- No EFT Payments: We no longer accept EFT payments for orders.
- Payment Due: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed without completed payment.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process after payment is received.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. If a change is needed, please contact us immediately.
- Partial Shipping: If an order is partially shipped, the cost of shipping for the remaining items will be charged to the customer’s account. We will issue an invoice for additional shipping costs, which must be paid before dispatch.
Minimum Order & Shipping Fees
- Orders over R1,000 qualify for B2B pricing.
- Shipping fees are based on order value:

Stock Availability & Lead Times
- Larger orders may have longer lead times. If applicable, we will notify you.
- Out-of-stock items: If a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you and credit your account accordingly.
Returns & Refunds
- Product Defect Returns: B2B orders are only returnable in the case of a product defect.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If any products are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods for a refund or replacement.
- Non-defective Returns: We do not accept returns for non-defective B2B items.

Shipping Delays
We are committed to assisting customers in locating and tracking delayed parcels; however, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays. We are not liable for parcels delayed due to courier-related issues. -
Delivery Requirements
Customers must provide a valid physical address (building, office, or house) where someone is available during business hours to receive the parcel. The contact number provided must be operational and able to receive calls from private, unknown, and landline numbers. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delivery delays or additional charges.
Wholesale Pricing Confidentiality
- B2B pricing is exclusive to approved business customers. Customers may not disclose, share, or resell products at lower-than-market rates.
Labeling for The Organic Station Products
- Orders for The Organic Station products will be shipped with white labels for easy re-labeling if needed.
B2B Account Termination
- We reserve the right to revoke B2B access if a customer:
- Violates pricing or resale policies
- Fails to make timely payments
- Abuses the B2B program in any way
Account Security & Confidentiality
- Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials.
- Privacy: All personal and business data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
