Active Compounds:
- Volatile oils, manganese, fiber, iron, calcium, coumarin.
Properties:
- Carminative, astringent, aromatic, stimulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, anti-clotting.
Uses:
- Alleviates indigestion, stomach cramps, intestinal spasms, nausea, flatulence, and diarrhea. Lowers blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Useful for rheumatism, inflammation, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance. Strong antioxidant properties.
Directions for Use:
- Consume as preferred in food or dissolved in fluid. Limit intake to no more than 4g per day.
