Traditional Uses:
- Defense against infections such as bronchial infections and colds due to its high Vitamin C content
- Excellent spring tonic that boosts the body
- Useful for general debility and exhaustion
- Helps in cases of constipation and diarrhea
- Treats mild gall bladder, kidney, and bladder problems
Directions for Use:
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of chopped rose hips. Rose hips can be used with or without their seeds. Steep and cover for 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
