Mullein Flowers have been traditionally used for a variety of health concerns:

- Colds and Flu: Beneficial for colds, coughs, earache, and influenza.
- Digestive Health: Helps with colic and digestive upsets.

How to Use
Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of dried Mullein Flowers. Infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink three times per day.
