Traditional Uses: Dandelion herb is highly regarded for its effectiveness in treating kidney and liver illnesses. It's used to alleviate kidney and water retention issues, especially those related to heart problems. Unlike the drug Frusemide, which depletes potassium levels, dandelion replenishes the body with its high potassium content. It is beneficial for inflammation and congestion of the liver and gall bladder and aids in breaking down gallstones. This herb is helpful in treating rheumatism and gout, acts as a strong blood purifier, and serves as a mild laxative for dyspepsia. It is also used for congestive jaundice, muscular rheumatism (when combined with other herbs), and as a general tonic. Directions for Use: Infusion:

1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of dandelion herb.
