Dried Cinnamon Pieces - 75g
Cinnamomum aromaticum
Properties:
- Contains volatile oils
- Rich source of manganese, fiber, iron, calcium, and coumarin
- Acts as a carminative, astringent, aromatic, stimulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and anti-clotting agent
Traditional Uses:
- Alleviates indigestion, stomach cramps, intestinal spasms, nausea, and flatulence
- Improves appetite and treats diarrhea
- Lowers blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels
- Beneficial for rheumatism and other inflammations
- Used in some countries for managing type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance
- Strong antioxidant: 1 teaspoon (mixed with water) is equivalent to a cup full of blueberries
Directions for Use:
- Consume as preferred in food or dissolved in fluid
- Limit intake to no more than 4g per day
Safety Precautions:
- Avoid use if pregnant or lactating
- May interfere with blood thinning medication
- Consult with a medical practitioner before use
