Courier Delivery Costs:
- Cape Town Local and Surrounds: Free for orders over R750.00; R60.00 for orders below.
- Main Centres: Free for orders over R750.00; R80.00 for orders below.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: Free for orders over R750.00; R90.00 for orders below.
- High-Risk Areas: Deliveries to high-risk areas will incur an additional surcharge of R60.00.

Courier Door-to-Door:
These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical location (not a post office box), and someone must be available to receive the delivery. A valid contact number is required to help our courier partners reach you. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Exclusions:
We do not deliver via courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours. If your address falls into one of these categories, any additional costs for delivery or returns will be your responsibility.
To ensure successful delivery, the following requirements must be met:
- Correct and Geolocatable Address: The delivery address must be accurate and capable of being geolocated (this means the address can be precisely identified on a map or GPS system). It cannot simply state a general area, such as "we live in this area, please contact us when you are here." The address must refer to a specific physical location, such as a standing house or a unit within a complex.
- Active Contact Number: Provide an active phone number that can receive calls from landlines, mobile phones, and private numbers. This number must belong to the person who placed the order and not a number that is rarely used or belongs to someone else. Couriers need to contact this person directly if necessary during the delivery process.
Should parcels be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an inactive or inaccessible contact number, or the absence of someone to receive the parcel during working hours, you will be liable for the return and redispatch fees.
Should your address fall into what our couriers classify as High-Risk Areas, an additional fee of R60.00 will apply. If delivery to such areas is not feasible, we will contact you to arrange delivery via Pargo or Bob Box.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional costs for re-delivery or returns.
Bob Box - Pick-Up Points:
Bob Box offers a secure and convenient smart locker and counter solution, available nationwide. If a Bob Box location is conveniently near you, you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout.
Pargo Click And Collect:
Pargo Click and Collect allows you to pick up your parcel from various retail stores across South Africa, including Clicks, Legit, and Engen Garages, among others.
Simply select a convenient pick-up point at checkout, and you'll receive tracking information, as well as a notification when your parcel is ready for collection, along with a secure one-time password (OTP).
Please note: Shipping time for each product is listed on its product page. For example, "Ships in 3-5 days" means it may take us 3-5 working days to obtain the item from our supplier. The delivery times listed above apply after the item is shipped to you.

- Cooling-Off Period: You may return a product within 7 days of receipt if you have a change of heart. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

You have the option to return the product yourself or request a quote for us to arrange collection. If we arrange the uplift, the collection fee will be deducted from your credit or refund once the product is safely returned and inspected.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for change of heart returns.
- Condition: The product must be returned in a resalable condition. If it does not meet this standard, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

- Voluntary Acceptance: While we are not legally required to accept returns for items ordered incorrectly by the customer, we understand that mistakes happen. Therefore, we offer a return option for such cases under specific conditions.

- Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
1.5 Bulk and Special Orders
- Non-Returnable: Due to the customized nature and larger quantities involved, bulk and special orders are non-returnable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
- Exceptions: Returns for bulk and special orders will only be considered if the products are defective or damaged as per the conditions outlined above.
- Process: If you believe your bulk or special order falls under these exceptions, please contact our customer service at hello@organicstation.co.za within 7 days of receipt. Provide details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, arrange for the collection and replacement or refund of the items.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged special orders.

- Non-Compliance: If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the purchase.
- Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and completing the inspection.
