We offer free delivery on all orders of R500 or more, whether shipped via courier, Bob Box, or Pargo Click & Collect.

Cape Town (Local and Surrounds):
R75 for orders under R500
Free for orders of R500 or more

Main Centres:
R90 for orders under R500
Free for orders of R500 or more

Regional & Outlying Areas:
R110 for orders under R500
Free for orders of R500 or more

High-Risk Areas:
Deliveries to high-risk areas will incur an additional R60 surcharge.
If courier delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange delivery via Bob Box or Pargo.

Bob Box Locker Delivery

Free for orders of R500 or more
For orders below R500, delivery starts from R50, depending on parcel size and location
Final delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Pargo Click & Collect

Free for orders of R500 or more
For orders below R500, delivery starts from R80, depending on parcel size and pick-up location
Final delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Courier Delivery Requirements

Couriers deliver to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
Someone must be available to receive the parcel during business hours (Monday to Friday).
A valid contact number must be provided so the courier can reach you if necessary.

If parcels are returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or no one being available to receive delivery, return and re-delivery fees will apply.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver via courier to:
Plots, farms, mines, military bases, power stations, major chain stores, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours.
Customers in these areas should select Bob Box or Pargo delivery, or arrange delivery to an alternative address.

Bob Box Collection

Bob Box provides a nationwide locker and counter collection service.
You’ll receive a secure one-time PIN (OTP) to collect your parcel.
You can select your preferred pickup location at checkout.

Pargo Collection

Pargo allows pickup from over 2,500 retail locations across South Africa, including Clicks, Legit, and Engen.
You’ll receive tracking info and an OTP once your parcel is ready for collection.
Choose your preferred pick-up point at checkout.

Product Lead Times

Some items show extended shipping lead times on their product page (e.g. “Ships from us in 3–5 days”). This refers to the time we require to source the product before dispatching it.
